Woodinville is special. It's own little pocket of happiness on the eastside. It lives up to the slogan on the "Welcome to Woodinville" sign: Country Living, City Style. Filled with wineries, breweries, places to shop or to explore the outdoors. It's filled with friendly people and still quiet and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city lights and noise. There’s 10 homes on my Private Drive Road, all on 1 or more acres. Very quiet and private l. You will be impressed how well you will sleep with zero noise. Don't be surprised if you see 1, 2 or 3 hot air balloons flying by! Often in the summertime they go right over the house. You may also see some deer nearby. A few neighbors have seen bear, bobcat and coyotes but don’t worry they are as afraid of you as you are of them. It's a perfect retreat or getaway. With so many weddings, events, concerts, casinos, etc. this is an ideal location to stay. And only a few minutes to the big city of Seattle or Bellevue.
The Burke-Gilman Trail is at the bottom of the hill and allows nature-lovers some outdoor fun like biking, jogging, skating or walking and depending on which direction you go, you can go all the way to Seattle or Redmond!
