Not the most clean place...
Overall our stay was pleasant however, there was a pronounced smell of mildew and areas of the ceiling had black spots that appeared to be mold. Clearly the cleaning service does a super fast job and corners were cut and crumbs and dirt were still along the base boards and areas of the floor. Needs updating however... the lower price reflects this. "You get what you pay for."
Staying on the beach and the location for our event worked out well.

Awesome resort to stay for vacation!!! Has all the amenities a person wants.
Great place to stay!!! Can’t beat the price and the amenities are awesome. Bikini bobs is a little restaurant on the property that sales cheap food and drinks and by the way the food is excellent. There is a tiki bar by the pool area that makes excellent drinks. Overall experienced has been wonderful!!!!!

Cleaning
We had a great time. The unit needs some updating. The kitchen sink had very little water from faucet. I couldn't find a dustpan and the broom was broken in half? I found a pill and trash under the bed when we were making sure we had gotten everything. I don't usually say anything and wouldn't have if i hadn't gotten this today, but i know we pay for cleaning the unit and the cleaning crew might need to be addressed about how they are doing. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Our stay June 8 - 15, 2019
Overall, the condo was nice. Here are a few things that need to be repaired: the toilet kept getting stopped up and had to be plunged after each use, the ice maker did not work and the AC unit was very loud when running.

BFF GIRLS YEARLY GET A WAY!!!
I was very pleased with unit 426! Especially liked the little extras. Such as the clothes hamper in bath room and towel rack on balcony. The weather was absolutely perfect and the view was spectacular!!! The only problem that I had was that the week went to quickly!!! Would recommend this unit to everyone. Teens were noisy a few nights but security quickly took care of them!! Very impressed!! Thank you for renting to me. Hope to be able to go back soon!!!! Joyce Pounds
