Bear Condo is a true ski in / ski out condo located within the Village at Breckenridge resort which is nestled between Peak 9 and historic downtown Breckenridge on Main Street.

The owners, Brent and Shannon, invite you to enjoy staying in their cozy "home away from home" while exploring all of the grandeur that makes Breckenridge a premier ski and vacation resort.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
This ski in / ski out condo is less than 400 feet to the QuickSilver SuperChair lift at the base of Peak 9. There are onsite ski & board schools and equipment rental shops at the Village at Breckenridge. Walk one block to beautiful historic downtown Breckenridge where you will find restaurants and shops galore!

STUNNING VIEWS
Enjoy the sights and sounds of Breckenridge from the condo's unique 6ft x 6ft picture window and wraparound balcony. The balcony has chairs and a café table with views of Maggie Pond, the Blue River, and the majestic Rocky Mountains.

SPACIOUS 1 BEDROOM / 1 FULL BATHROOM
Bear Condo is a beautifully decorated and well-appointed condominium that is 900 square feet which sleeps 6 guests comfortably. Sleep accommodations include a king bed, twin day bed with twin trundle bed in the master bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There is one full bathroom. This charming cabin and bear themed condo makes for a comfortable and cozy stay.

COZY LIVING AREA
This condo has a cozy living area with a wood-burning fireplace, HDTV, a luxurious soft leather sofa sleeper, and sitting chairs.

GUEST AMENITIES!
The Village at Breckenridge offers many wonderful guest amenities. Guests may enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, dry sauna, steam room, work-out room, movie room, game room, oxygen bar, mini golf, community rooms and even a candy store!

ONSITE HEATED GARAGE PARKING
Onsite parking in the heated garage is offered to guests upon booking.

FREE WIRELESS INTERNET
There is free wireless internet available in the condo. Network and password is provided upon booking.

COMMUNITY WASHER & DRYER
There is a community washer and dryer conveniently located on every floor in every building at the Village at Breckenridge resort. The washer and dryer are available for guest use via app and the ease of a simple credit card swipe.

COMMUNITY OUTDOOR GRILL
Summer guests may use the community outdoor grill located in the central plaza area at the Village at Breckenridge resort.

OUTDOOR FIRE PIT
Guests may enjoy the warmth of the outdoor fire pit located in the central plaza area of the Village.

TRASH ROOM
There is a trash room conveniently located on every floor in every building at the Village with a trash chute for trash removal while staying.

ONSITE SKI AND BOARD SCHOOL & EQUIPMENT RENTAL SHOPS
There is a ski and board school conveniently located onsite at the base of the Antero building at the Village at Breckenridge resort. In addition, there are two equipment rental shops at the Village. Guests will receive information about the ski and board school and equipment rental shops upon booking.

THE NATIONAL FOREST
The national forest is at your back door for convenient hikes along the network
of trails to the nearby beaver ponds, streams, and mountain ski slopes.

YEAR-ROUND ADVENTURE
Come to Breckenridge for skiing, hiking, biking, snowmobiling, white water rafting, sledding, sight-seeing and much more!

At many lodges throughout Breckenridge including the Village, there are less onsite parking spaces than there are condos for rent. Because parking spaces at the Village often sell out during peak rental periods, there is a nightly fee that is separate from booking fees that we must pass on if you elect to bring a vehicle and choose the onsite parking option. Onsite parking should be requested at the time of booking due to limited availability. Please note that the Village at Breckenridge condos are ski in / ski out, and that you are conveniently located within walking distance to Main Street. Many guests choose to shuttle in rather than bring a vehicle and pay for parking.

Everything was great though the listing indicated two sofa beds however only one can be used at a time. Other than that we were very pleased.

Impressive Condo / Perfect Location
I’m honestly shocked that we found such an amazing condo booking only 1 week before our stay. The condo is rugged and beautiful with a perfect location! Ski in / ski out with only a few steps to the Quicksilver Superchair on the mountain. Also, right outside the condo is Christi Sports which is super convenient for ski/board/boot rentals if needed before you hit the slopes. We loved the spa and game room located at the complex. I would go out on a limb to say that you will not find a better location for all of the above - skiing, eateries, shopping, and access to Main Street. This host is exceptional and kept checking on us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks again Twilla!!

Beautiful Location
Everything was as described. The location is perfect for access to the mountain and town. Views are amazing! We are a family of four and were very comfortable in the space.

About the owner: Brent and Shannon fell in love with this condo the minute they walked in the door. They had been to Breckenridge many times both with friends and with their two daughters and they always wish they could extent their stay when it came time to leave. Shannon loves the cool temperatures in the summer and loves to sit outside and read. Brent likes to ski, hike and just enjoy the natural beauty of the mountains and the clean fresh air. They both love to stroll down Main Street making new friends along the way. There are so many great restaurants and shops.
Both Shannon and Brent were born into career military families (they are proud military brats) and because their parents lived in many different parts of the country they have an appreciation for the beauty and people of Breckenridge. They enjoy meeting new people and sharing their home with friends and family. They truly hope that you feel at home during your stay and they have tried to make this condo a comfortable place that you will want to enjoy year after year. Brent has said “We want people to feel like they are coming to our home and not just another condo”. The previous owners felt the same way and you can see that in how the unit is furnished and remodeled. The artwork, dishes and furnishings are of the quality that you would find in their own home.
This is an exceptional property and much time and money has been spent improving it in every way possible. The views and location are perfect and it is one of the most exceptional condos in Breckenridge. Both Brent and Shannon work closely with the management company to ensure that the experience you have in their condo is everything you would expect and more.

No other complex or condo even compared. Whether you want to ski, hike, enjoy the aspens change color or just relax and enjoy the mountain air, this condo has it all. This is such an outstanding unit in the best town in Colorado!
