We weren’t told how bad the road to enter was. Dirt, broken cobblestones, large mud puddles and deep ruts. Most places room for only one car. Took 20 minutes to go 2 miles. Wi-Fi is always going out so if someone wants to work, good luck. We were told someone would meet us at the gate. When we finally got to the gate it was deserted. Could not get a call to go through. Finally a car approached and led us to the resort which was a ways down. We, of course, had no idea it was there. Very poor welcome. The biggest saving was Pedro, their person in charge of all necessary problems. He responded right away and made the rest of our stay very pleasant.
