Outdoors, the fabulous swimming pool (8x4 mts) with hammocks and Bali beds, the front porch (an ideal setting to read and chill out in the shade), the natural grass gardens and the delightful arbour with dining and barbecue area all share the spotlight with the extensive and carefully tended grounds of this 30.000 sq. mts. property.
The interior of the house -presided by ample spaces and high ceilings-, has been elegantly decorated in a modern style while managing to preserve and evoke the rural origins of the property. There are 4 bedrooms at the guests’ disposal, equipped with modern, silent fans. The bedrooms are located on the upper floor, enjoying countryside and mountain views, and two of them have their own terrace. Two bedrooms are equipped with king-sized double beds, while the other two have large twin beds. The house also comprises a magnificent dining room with views to the swimming pool and garden, a cosy living room, a lovely foyer with ornamental fireplace, a generous and well equipped kitchen with pantry, and 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite and 1 on the ground floor). The property is equipped with high-speed Internet access and flat-screen TVs with satellite channels.
The property is located on Establiments, on the outskirts of Palma, just a 10-minute drive from the city and from shopping areas, restaurants, from two of the main hospitals on the island and from the motorways that connect the capital to the rest Mallorca. This provides quick and easy access to plenty of beaches and towns across the island, like the emblematic village of Valldemossa, just 15 minutes from the house.
Renting a car is essential in order to move comfortably from and to the airport, as well as to buy groceries or to explore the island. There is shaded parking space for multiple vehicles inside the finca. Bus line L16 connects Establiments to the city centre, and the closest bus stop is 15 minutes away on foot.
In order to preserve the grounds and outdoor spaces of the finca, the groundskeeper will visit the property a few times a week for 60 to 90 minutes. He will maintain the swimming pool and garden in good condition while offering guests as much privacy as possible.
Water supply in the property is external. A vehicle will visit the finca to resupply the cistern weekly. The groundskeeper will be there to receive it.
There are domestic cats on the grounds of the finca that belong to the owner family. It is very rare for them to wander inside the house.
The property -provided with an agritourism licence- is rented in its entirety for just one group of guests at a time, so you won't be sharing the house or outdoor spaces with the hosts or other people.
