  • The rates shown are for 2 people. For each additional guest add 15 Euros per person per night. Stays of 7 days get a 10 % discount off the total price. We can accept whatever currency is most convenient for you. Our price in Czech Crowns is approx 2000 CZK a night for 2 people. There is no security deposit is required but there is a 60 Euro deposit to reserve the apartment. This is refundable if the reservation is cancelled 7 days prior to arrival. The balance is payable in cash or by credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a surcharge of 3%. There are no additional charges and all linen and towels are provided. PLEASE NOTE this is a rental DIRECTLY through OWNER, a native-English speaker from London based in Prague. We are NOT an AGENCY and so you can enjoy better quality accommodation for a lower price. Taxi transfer fan be organised from the airport at a cost of 20 Euros. Stays of less than 3 nights are at the owners discretion

Great apartment, the place to stay in Prague !

Great and cosy apartment, furnished with taste and everything you need - as if you were at home-. Good location (metro and tramway are about 2 mn walking, restaurants, grocerys) in the heart of Prague but far away from the crowd of the tourists and the close to the places of interest. The owner is very kind , helpful and professional. We do recommand this property !

Super place to stay

This very well presented and stylish apartment made our stay in Prague extremely enjoyable and comfortable. It is very conveniently situated close to the Metro and bus stations, making daily travel easy, if you do not want to walk. Supermarkets are also close by. The owner was there to meet us, having arranged our transport from the airport. All relevant information was provided and was up to date.

As well as the usual attractions in the city, we would thoroughly recommend a peaceful stroll through the the Vitkov Park, literally just round the corner and providing panoramic views.

Lovely Apartment, Good Location

The apartment is lovely, just like the pictures. It was great sitting on the balcony for breakfast or late in the evening after a long day. The apartment is very quiet and peaceful.The location was great, close to train or could walk to the town center in 10 minutes. One street over we found a wine shop, a cafe with great food and a supermarket. Ilan was very helpful. He has maps and other information for you in the apartment. Which was very helpful. He arranged for us to be picked up at the airport thru a taxi company. They also took us back to the airport. We enjoyed our week in the apartment and look forward to coming back.

IIan was a welcoming host and providied valuable information for our stay in Prague. The apartment was very clean and spacious. We were a family of 5 but it was more than enough.
after a long day of sightseeing the apartment was a welcoming place, just like a second home. I will definately recommend it for a couple, family or a group, there is no limit to the possibilities this place can offer.

Excellent Apartment in Great Location

This was a beautifully decorated apartment, that was very clean and spacious. The balcony at the apartment was also a bonus for enjoying a few glasses of wine outdoors! The location is good i.e it is only a ten minute walk to the centre of the old town, also not that far from Wencelas Square. Transport connections are good with a metro line on the same street. Good amenities locally with a supermarket 2 minute walk and other local shops. Jurys Inn Hotel also very close - they do a lovely set menu at lunch and evening - I would recommend. The area was also very quiet, you can get a good nights sleep! The owner was also very helpful and offered local advise and can arrange airport collection. Cant fault this apartment! ***
