Superb villa and great location!

Stayed in the villa last year and had a great time. Villa was in a perfect location, close to all the action (5 min walk to the beach, 10 min walk to Bar M) but far enough out to relax if needed after a heavy night. The villa was spotless and the pool was great, made a difference not having to fight to get a sunbed or space by the pool as in a hotel. The BBQ option was brill as meant could chill by the pool for dinner before heading out, however the plus point for me was the huge terrace, which was good to relax on in the evening with a beer. The owners of the villa were extremely helpful and delivered everything as promised. Would def recommend this villa, so much so that will be heading back this year!

We took 3 generations of our family for a fab week at this gorgeous villa this year,I saw all the reviews were from youngsters and was a bit concerned however from the booking process right through to departure this villa and all connected with it did everything they could to please us, nothing was to much trouble.The villa was total luxury but the service even surpassed that,they arranged a bbq for us at the villa as a surprise for my wife, put up countless banners and balloons,arrange for a waiter to be there upon arrival to serve us champagne and tapas, a bouncy castle for all the kids in the garden, 4 different restaurant bookings for various nights, flowers on the day of our anniversary! and much much more.We will be returning asa and recommending this to everyone we know, please try it you'll be amazed.It makes your holiday so much more when all this can be arranged via email and it's all sorted for your arrival.Thank you so much to all involved.P.S We forgot to mention the hot tub at midnight wow.

Fantastic villa, couple of hiccups

We were a group of 11 girls & guys from all over the world staying in the villa in June 2010; the villa is beautiful & within easy-ish walking distance of San Antonio. It is quiet and undisturbed and the pool and livingroom & kitchen are great; unfortunately we didn't have WIFI the whole time we were there which was a problem as our flight back was cancelled and we weren't aware!

Choose location carefully; not being 18-20yo we went to most clubs on the Ibiza town side so had to walk around finding taxis to & from nights out at about 25e a taxi ride. You can walk to Cafe Del Mar etc in 1/2 hour though which was great. Basic, small supermarket nearby and Martin (the house manager) took us to a bigger supermarket for our first (really big) shop.

The bedrooms are pretty unequal in size; some were quite stuffy and all were very light in the mornings so bring eye masks! Also SKY didn't work in any of the bedrooms.

Everything you need in terms of bedding, crockery, cutlery etc is amply provided. No hair straighteners that we found though! And the hot tub took 2 days to heat up and has no view.

Overall we had a fantastic stay and loved our time in Ibiza. There were a couple of disappointing things however I would recommend the villa esp if you want somewhere close to San An and don't want to have to hire a car.

I had my stag party here in May 2009.We had an excellent time, full monty package, airport collection, San Miguel on arrival, BBQ catered at the villa, the chef was hilarious and the waitress kept the vodka shots coming !.3 mad nights in the West End . Never to be forgotten.
The villa was spotless, loads nicer than the photos, massive tv ( which I wanted to put in my suitcase)Pool area and bar a total joy.The hot tub was amazing,especially at 6am watching the sun come out.We are now expecting our first baby and we've already booked to go back in 2011 with the new arrival and the rest of the family.House manager well worth twice the tip we gave him for all the taxis's, take aways and San Miguel he arranged.

Had a week in the Villa with 10 other mates. On arriving we were collected from the airport & dropped off right at the door for a tenth of the price of a taxi. On first seeing the Villa I was amazed. The photos of the villa look great but just wait until you see it for real. The BBQ night with hired staff was great & worth every penny. Also another BBQ night, supplied by Pete the butcher for €10 each, was enough for 2 nights feeding! Couldn't recommend it more. I've told all my friends about it & would definately go again next year, if i had the time.
Ideal place for young clubbers or more mature visitors or just to chill out for a week!
Absolutely superb. Out-standing!
