Appartement in Los Cristianos: Oasis Del Sur

We have just spent two weeks in the apartment and had a really lovely time. There was 4 adults and 1 child in our party and the apartment provided excellent space for all of us. The apartment was spotless and was well stocked with everything we needed. My husband cooked several large evening meals with ease. The owner's parents called a few times and were more than happy to assist with anything. For our second week it was great to receive a whole variety of DVDs which helped to entertain our daughter before going out at night. The complex itself and the pool were very well maintained.This is the fourth time we have been to Dinastia and every year it does not disappoint. The apartment has a great location. Supermarkets and a variety of restaurants are only a five minutes walk away. We particularly liked Rubinas, a very reasonable and good quality Italian restaurant . Taylors Lounge and Goodfellas, the pool bar both provide good snacks.In terms of entertainment a number of the local bars had tribute acts on. The beach and the centre of Los Cristianos is only a 20 minute walk away. We spent time at both beaches which again were clean and suitable for swimming. Just watch out for the ferries coming in to port who can generate some pretty awesome waves !! If you are feeling energetic a 45 minute walk will take you to the start of Playa de Las Americas where you will find the Safari Shopping Centre - some bargains to be found here. If you are not feeling so energetic a 10 minute walk will take you to the bus station where you can get a bus to a variety of destinations. In terms of trips Loro Parque was really enjoyable . For this trip we were picked up and dropped off right outside the apartments.
I would have no hesitation in using this apartment again or recommending it to friends or family . Gary and Maria were a pleasure to deal with and I thank them very much for the use of their apartment .

We hadnt been abroad together for 6 years. This was the perfect destination for my husband, daughters & myself. It had everything we needed both in the apartment & in Los Cristianos.
We where met at the airport by Des. Carol (owners parents) was at the apartment (which was spotless & all the facilities you need as listed) when we got there. They told us where we could find everything & about the shops, restaurants (entertainment every night), beach etc.
The weather couldnt have been any better, hot through the day & cooler at night. The pools where immaculate, our daughters (age 14 & 20) where there every day.
There was a friendly atmosphere with the locals & also the bars & restaurants staff.
The only downfall about the holiday was that we only booked for 7 days. We have already recommended it to family & friends & will definately be visiting again.

As 4 friend ranging in age from 20s - 50s there could have been differences of opinion, but we all agreed that this apartment is fantastic, absolutely everything(and more) that you could want to make a perfect braek. It was the nicest apartment we had ever stayed in, and we will definitely return. Being met at the airport by Des was a terrific bonus, the flight having been delayed it was lovely to arrive and see a smiling face with your name on a board. the surrounding area has everything you could possibily need on a holiday, and the harbour and beach are a lovely 10 minute walk away
